ONSITE HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES
HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES AT NEUROTRAUMA 2022
The health and safety of all those who attend Neurotrauma 2022 is paramount. This does not only include delegates, faculty, sponsors and exhibitors but also all meeting staff, suppliers, venue staff and other supporting cast members that contribute to the execution of the meeting. Our commitment is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all and to ease any hesitations you may have on registering and attending our in-person meeting in June 2022 in Atlanta, GA.
The following precautions will be in place and enforced onsite to achieve this commitment:
Vaccination
Upon check-in to the meeting and prior to picking up your registration kit, every attendee, all NNS staff, exhibitors, sponsors and guests of the symposium will be asked to show proof of full vaccination (as defined by the CDC).
Accepted forms of proof of vaccination:
- Copy of an official certificate from your Country/State/Province (will be matched to your ID)
- Photo of the official certificate
- Digital PDF or document of official certificate
Mask Requirement
Masks will be required to be worn at all times in all Neurotrauma 2022 meeting rooms and at social functions.
The only times masks may be removed are when you are eating, drinking or taking medication.
Test Before Arrival
Individuals that are unable to be vaccinated due to globally approved reasons will need to show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours of the start of their participation in the symposium. Vaccinated attendees may also consider taking a COVID-19 test before their departure.
By registering for the in-person Neurotrauma 2022 Symposium, you acknowledge receipt of this information and compliance with safety and health requirements. The NNS and AANS/CNS as well as the Neurotrauma 2022 Secretariat and its contractors (site/venues) cannot be held responsible if you contract COVID-19 either before, during, or after returning from the meeting.
These requirements and guidelines are subject to change prior to the Meeting.
Any Questions Or Concerns?
Again, these measures are put in place and will be enforced to help protect all those who attend Neurotrauma 2022.
If you have any concerns with the above or foresee an issue with providing proof of vaccination, please contact us at nns2022@icsevents.com so we can address your concerns prior to the meeting.
