**Proof of Student or Trainee status is required at time of registration. Please provide an official letter on your Institution’s letterhead indicating your status. It can be uploaded on the “Registration Options” page.
***NNS Membership is included in Non-Member Package Registration only. Yearly membership will begin during the first week of the month following your registration. For example, if you register on 12 February, your membership will start in the first week of March.

Overnight Accommodations
A room block has been secured at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, the symposium venue, for NNS 2025 delegates. The deadline to book overnight accommodations is May 2, 2025 (subject to availability).
The Symposium Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for NNS 2025. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Symposium delegates only.
The success of the NNS 2025 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Symposium hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. NNS 2025 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Symposium in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Symposium at risk.

Room rates start at USD 239.00 + Sales Taxes & Fees (16.37% per night).
Cancellation Policy
- Category I (low-income economies): 88% discount
- Category II (lower-middle-income economies): 70% discount
- Category III (Upper-middle-income economies): 50% discount

Should you qualify, please contact us at nns-registration@icsevents.com and provide your name and country of residence. (Do not use the online registration form)
For online registration, we only accept credit card payments with Amex, Visa or Mastercard. For onsite registration, we only accept Amex, Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Meeting. Checks will NOT be accepted.
Payment must be received by each registration deadline in order to qualify for the deemed rate. If not received, your registration will be automatically changed to the next tier rate and a secondary invoice will be sent to you for the difference.
Registration cancellations received by email at nns-registration@icsevents.com on or before May 3, 2025 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 100.00 administrative fee as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after May 3, 2025 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable until June 3, 2025 by contacting us at nns-registration@icsevents.com. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the Symposium.
Additional note: Abstract Submission Fees are non refundable.
An official letter of invitation to obtain a travel visa and authorization to attend Neurotrauma 2025 will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received by the Registration Team (NNS 2025 Symposium Secretariat).
It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into the United States.
