GENERAL INFORMATION

This prospectus outlines several flexible options for maximizing corporate brand recognition and customer contacts. These opportunities are available as stand-alone items or as a package for various sponsorship levels.

The power of partnering with the Neurotrauma Symposium lies in our ability to bring your brand into the spotlight, foster business connections, and drive engagement by leveraging content, media and experiences.

To reach a sponsorship level, you can:

  • Design your own sponsorship package by choosing items from the options shown in the upcoming tabs (booths, advertising opportunities, speaking opportunities, brand exposure, interactive activities and more or;
  • Make a general contribution to the Congress by selecting only the sponsorship level or;
  • Choose a combination of items and general contribution

Examples:

Company A: Selected a standard booth with exhibitor package 2 (USD 4,000). They will be recognized as an exhibitor.

Company B: Selected a premium booth (USD 4,000) + next day update” e-blast (USD 2,000). Company B will be recognized as a Bronze sponsor and will receive all the benefits within this level.

Company C: Selected a product theater presentation (USD 5,000) + standard booth (USD 3,000) + lanyards (USD 11,000) to reach the platinum level. Company C will be recognized as a platinum sponsor and will receive all the benefits within this level.

Company D: Selected the final registration confirmation email e-blast (USD 3,000), and will receive all the benefits associated with this item.

Poster Session Sponsor

Top-rated abstracts accepted for poster presentations will be displayed in the exhibit hall. Presenters will be on hand during the poster viewing (120 minutes) to answer questions and discuss their research with delegates. This session is typically very popular and has great attendance with a lot of interaction among attendees.

The Seminar/Workshop offers opportunities for your company to host a non-exclusive presentation to showcase your emerging therapies, technologies or services.

Organized by the Sponsor, the seminar/workshop will take place during the NNS 2026 and will be included in the official Symposium schedule. Each seminar/workshop will last one hour. You are free to use these opportunities for invitation-only events or for programs open to all attendees.

As the sponsor of an Industry-Supported Seminar/Workshop, you will:

NNS Student Travel Awards

The National Neurotrauma Society offers trainee awards to ensure that undergraduate students, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows are given every opportunity to attend the Symposium and present their work.

The National Neurotrauma Society (NNS) hosts a Local Scholars Program in coordination with our annual meeting. Launched in 2022, our goal is to work with local Universities to identify ~30 highly motivated underrepresented undergraduate students in STEM who are already considering a graduate education and inviting them to participate in our conference for free.
