Terms & Conditions
For online registration, we only accept credit card payments with Amex, Visa or Mastercard. For onsite registration, we only accept Amex, Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Symposium. Checks or cash will NOT be accepted. Payment must be received by each registration deadline in order to qualify for the deemed rate. If not received, your registration will be automatically changed to the next tier rate and a secondary invoice will be sent to you for the difference.
Registration cancellations received by email at nns-registration@icsevents.com on or before May 3, 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 100.00 administrative fee as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after May 3, 2026 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable by contacting us at nns-registration@icsevents.com. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the Symposium.
Abstract Submission Fees are non-refundable.
An official letter of invitation to obtain a travel visa and authorization to attend Neurotrauma 2026 will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received by the Registration Team (NNS 2026 Symposium Secretariat).
It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into the United States.
