Accommodation

Accommodation

A room block has been secured at the following properties, for NNS 2026 delegates. The deadline to book overnight accommodations is May 14, 2026 (subject to availability).

The Symposium Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for NNS 2026. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Symposium delegates only.

To access the Symposium hotel booking links, delegates must first complete their registration.
Once registration is complete, the hotel booking links will be available on the Thank You page and in the Registration Confirmation email.

The success of the NNS 2026 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Symposium hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. NNS 2026 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Symposium in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Symposium at risk.

If you have any questions, please contact the Symposium Secretariat at nns-registration@icsevents.com.
