Brad Hubbard, Dr.

Assistant Professor

Dr. Brad Hubbard is an Assistant Professor in the Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Center and Department of Physiology at the University of Kentucky. He is also a Research Physiologist in the Lexington VA Healthcare System. Dr. Hubbard received a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Currently, his research is focused on examining neurovascular and mitochondrial dysfunction after blast-induced traumatic brain injury. His lab is supported through VA, DoD, NIH and KSCHIRT funding.
