Dr. Floyd is the corresponding PI for PRECISE-TBI, an VA-funded interagency effort to develop and promote the use of tools to improve the rigor, reproducibility, transparency, and translation of preclinical TBI research. She also runs the Emory Neurotrauma Translational Research Center which uses porcine models of TBI and SCI to acceleration translation of new therapies.
