Dr Zholudeva is a rapidly rising junior scientist in the growing field of stem cell biology and cellular engineering. With an interest in spinal interneurons and their contribution to mediating recovery, she is now developing novel techniques to engineer these cells from human iPSCs for transplantation. Dr Zholudeva would speak on the advances being made in engineering specific neuronal progenitor cells for spinal cord repair.
