Michael Fehlings MD PhD (U Toronto) - A seasoned veteran in clinical neurosurgery and pre-clinical spinal cord injury research, he has contributed to a vast range of advances in cell therapeutics. His team has advanced several important translational efforts for neural repair and is now developing promising and novel therapeutics. Dr Fehlings would speak on the translational path for cell therapy and the hurdles faced in getting cells into people.
