Alyssa Franklin, Ms.

Graduate Research Assistant

Alyssa Franklin is a fourth year Ph.D. student in the Physiology department at the University of Kentucky. Her focus is the B cell response in the context of traumatic brain injury. By examining B cell infiltration following TBI, she hopes to better understand the complex cellular interactions during post-injury neuroinflammation and how adaptive immune cells influence the brain’s post-injury environment.
