Dr. Fateme Khodadadi-Mericle is a postdoctoral fellow at the Dalton Cardiovascular Research Center, University of Missouri - Columbia. She earned her M.Sc. from Razi University and Ph.D. in physiology from Shiraz University in Iran. Her research focuses on cardiorespiratory, autonomic, and lower urinary tract functions after spinal cord injury. She is also interested in the mechanisms of structural and synaptic plasticity in the brainstem and spinal cord following pharmacologic and surgical interventions.
