Kirsty Dixon, Dr.

Associate Professor

Kirsty Dixon undertook 12 years of neurotrauma training investigating regulators of neural plasticity, axonal outgrowth, astrogliosis and the endogenous NSC response in the traumatically injured brain and spinal cord. In 2014 she became faculty at VCU investigating how inflammation regulates brain pathophysiology, including TBI, GWI, and AD.
