Malcolm Udeozor, Mr.

MD/PhD Student

I am a third-year MD-PhD student in the Neuroscience Graduate Program at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. I received my Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from Carnegie Mellon University. My goal is to pursue a neurological subspecialty as a physician while leading my own lab at an academic institution. While I’m still narrowing down my exact research interests, I enjoy applying computational neuroscience methods to advance clinical care. I anticipate a near future where artificial intelligence will underlie countless aspects of neurology and neurosurgery. As a physician-scientist, I want to be a trailblazer of this change while advocating for patients—especially those in communities often neglected by modern medicine.
