Dr. Ann Parr is a tenured Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Minnesota. She is a practicing neurosurgeon and the Vice Chair of Academic Affairs in the Department. She is Principle Investigator of the Parr Regenerative Medicine Laboratory.
