Download the official Neurotrauma 2026 PowerPoint template for your presentation.
Speaker Presentation Guidelines
Name your slides with the presentation number (such as S01.01) and copy your slides to the session room laptop with a USB drive 2 hours before the session OR during the break earlier in the day.
Session laptops are PCs, and Mac adaptors are available. You can download the presentation template from the Speaker Resource page HERE.
Please check the format of your presentation slides after you save it.
Kindly arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
In case of emergency and you won’t be able to present in person, please inform us immediately.

Poster Judging
Your poster will be judged in the Poster Reception – Group 1 (POA) from 4:30 – 6:30 pm, Monday, June 15, 2026. You are expected to meet the judges by your poster during this session.
While your poster should also be displayed during the coffee breaks and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, your presence during these additional viewing times is optional.
Poster Guidelines
- Poster presenters should bring a printed copy of their poster with a maximum size of 45” (wide) x 40” (high) landscape format. (See attached document)
- Push pins will be provided for you to affix your poster onto the poster board.
- Your official poster number will be displayed on your poster board
Poster Setup
Poster Session A (POA)
2:00 pm- 4:00 pm Sunday, June 14, 2026
Poster Tear Down
1:00 pm – 2:30pm on Wednesday June 17, 2026
Posters not collected will be recycled at the end of the Symposium.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Oral presenters will be given the opportunity of a 3-minute presentation and are asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation with a maximum of 3 slides.
Please name your slides in the format of “DB01, Last name” and copy your slides to the session room laptop with a USB drive 2 hours before the session OR during the break earlier in the day. Session laptops are PCs, and Mac adaptors are available. You can download the presentation template from the Speaker Resources page HERE.
Award Ceremony
Your abstract was among the top 20 trainee abstracts and is a finalist in the Trainee Poster Competition.
You have 1 complimentary ticket to the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony at 7:00 pm on June 17 at the Regency Ballroom, Hyatt Regency.
Poster Group A (POA)
Presenters in Poster Group A (POA) are required to be present at their posters during the Monday evening session, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
While your poster should also be displayed during the coffee break and lunch on Monday, your presence during these additional viewing times is optional.
Poster Setup
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Sunday, June 14, 2026.
Poster Tear Down
6:30 pm – 7:00pm on Monday, June 15, 2026
Posters not collected will be recycled at the end of the Symposium.
Poster Group B (POB)
Presenters in Poster Group B (POB) are required to be present at their posters during the Tuesday evening session, from 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm.
While your poster should also be displayed during the coffee break and lunch on Tuesday, your presence during these additional viewing times is optional.
Poster Setup
7:00 am – 9:00 am on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
Poster Tear Down
1:00 pm – 2:30pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2026
